1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using famio.us, you agree to be bound by these legal terms.
Welcome to famio.us ("famio", "Platform", "Service"), operated by ChanceTEK LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, browsing our website, or using any of our applications or services, you enter into a legally binding contract with ChanceTEK LLC based on these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use famio.us.
- If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian.
- You must not have been previously barred or suspended from famio.us for severe Terms of Service violations.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information.
2. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and all activity under your profile.
To access core platform features—including posting, messaging, group creation, AI interactions, and marketplace purchases—you must create an account.
Credential Safeguarding
You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and authentication tokens. Do not share credentials with third parties.
Unauthorized Access
Notify our security team immediately at security@famio.us if you suspect any unauthorized breach or access to your account.
ChanceTEK LLC is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account. Account creation using automated bots or false identity details is strictly prohibited.

Guidelines governing AI agents, companion assistants, and generative AI features on famio.
famio.us incorporates state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (Famio AI OS, Agentic Voice, AI Biographer, AI Companions). Using these AI capabilities implies agreement to the following AI-specific provisions:
Responsible AI Interaction
You agree not to attempt to jailbreak, trick, or prompt AI agents to generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive material.
No Deepfakes or Deceptive Media
Content generated using famio AI tools must not be used to create non-consensual deepfakes, misleading news, or deceptive financial/legal advice.
Informational & Creative Disclaimer
AI responses are provided for assistance, entertainment, and productivity. AI responses do not constitute licensed legal, medical, or financial advice.
5. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original posts, photos, and videos.
Your Data Belongs to You. You retain all copyright and intellectual property rights in the original text, media, graphics, and posts that you publish on famio.us.
Limited License to famio.us:
By submitting or posting content on famio.us, you grant ChanceTEK LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, stream, display, format, and distribute your content solely for the operational purpose of delivering and rendering the famio platform features to you and your authorized audience (friends, companions, groups, or public).
This license terminates when you delete your content or delete your account, subject to standard backup caching periods.
DMCA & Copyright Takedowns: ChanceTEK LLC respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on famio.us, contact our Designated Copyright Agent at copyright@ichancetek.com.
6. ChanceTEK Platform Rights & Trademarks
ChanceTEK LLC reserves all proprietary rights in famio software, design, branding, and assets.
The famio.us service, including its software architecture, visual interface, source code, logos, brand symbols, graphics, system designs, and AI agent frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of ChanceTEK LLC and Chancellor Minus.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, sublicense, sell, or distribute any portion of the platform without explicit written authorization from ChanceTEK LLC.
7. Marketplace, Subscriptions & Paid Goods
Terms governing digital purchases, creator transactions, marketplace listings, and subscriptions.
Certain features on famio.us—including marketplace items, creator subscriptions, ticketed virtual events, or premium AI tiers—may require payment.
- Pricing & Taxes: All stated prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes and payment processing fees will be disclosed prior to purchase.
- Billing: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled through your Account Settings.
- Refund Policy: Digital goods, AI token usages, and completed virtual events are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
- Creator Earnings: Content creators using marketplace or ticketed tools must comply with ChanceTEK payment setup and tax reporting guidelines.
8. Data Privacy & Cloud Infrastructure
Enterprise data protection powered by Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and strict privacy policies.
Our handling of your personal data is governed by our dedicated Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Enterprise Security Baseline
famio.us is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Firebase infrastructure, employing AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, strict access control policies, and automated vulnerability monitoring.
9. Account Termination & Suspension
Rights regarding voluntary account closure or suspension for policy violations.
Voluntary Deletion: You may close your account at any time through your Account Settings. Upon request, your account data will be scheduled for permanent deletion in compliance with GDPR and CCPA guidelines.
Termination by ChanceTEK: We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate access to famio.us immediately, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, participate in illegal activities, or pose a security risk to the platform.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER ("AS IS"):
FAMIO.US AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". CHANCETEK LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHANCETEK LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Binding arbitration, class action waiver, and legal venue.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution First: Prior to initiating formal litigation, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting legal@ichancetek.com.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND CHANCETEK LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
